FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA).

State of California Department of Public Health Food and Drug Branch:
Drug Manufacturing License.

State of California Department of Public Health Food and Drug Branch:
Cosmetic Manufacturing Registration.

QMI TM SAI Global Certificate of Registration :
ISO 9001:2000. The registration covers the Total Quality Management System for the research, development, and manufacture of color cosmetic products.

Department of the Treasury – Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau:
Special Denatured Alcohol use permit.

All certification and registrations are current and maintained.
